The Market Place explained
Our members receive a quarterly email newsletter summarising all known acquisitions in the IFA / Wealth Management sector that have taken place over that period.
There will also be a section outlining any developments or trends in how deals are financed and structured. This will not reveal confidential details of any specific deals, but rather give a flavour of market conditions. In particular we will be concentrating on aspects or developments that might help other members reach beneficial agreements.
Included in the newsletter will also be a brief geographic summary of where in the country we see most demand to buy. The simple idea behind this is that it may well encourage owners in these areas to explore the possibilities on offer. We will encourage members to forward this newsletter to non-members so that we can reach audiences in areas where there is more demand than supply.
